Welcome to our two-day Coaching Leadership training!

This course provides managers and leaders with concrete tools to promote growth for themselves, their employees, and their organization. Final coaching training and creation of a personal action plan

Course Leader: Lars Sjödin has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant for individuals, groups, and organizations. With expertise in leadership development and coaching, he works with both private companies and the public sector.
