Four Core Bas

How the players in a team perform depends on a number of factors. Measurable factors such as physics and technique are of course obviously important components. But there are more difficult-to-measure components that strongly contribute to a team performing well or less well. Psychological factors such as the players' individual behavioral preferences, group culture and leadership style are also important factors that affect the performance climate in a team. Four Core is the first DISC tool that is uniquely designed for an ice hockey team. The analysis and reports themselves are based on 18 years of practical experience, interviews and studies of players and leaders at different levels within Swedish ice hockey.
