Coaching
It is more the rule than the exception that successful people today have a personal coach. Regardless of your position or field of activity, coaching can help you develop by solving problems, becoming better, and achieving your goals.
Coaching is a process that helps individuals develop faster through their own inherent resources. The process leads, among other things, to the coachee clarifying their goals, making better decisions, and utilizing their natural strengths in concrete actions.
Our coaches are experienced, well-trained and can adapt their approach to the client's needs. All are certified within the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the International Coaching Community (ICC). The coaches use three main approaches, which you can read more about below.
Classic
Methodology
Classical coaching is a specific way of working with a set of tools and techniques to create effective conversations where the client's self-determination and own answers are in focus. Coaching is particularly successful when the person being coached has competence and motivation because the methodology is based on the client being the expert on their own existence.
The starting point and the coach's tools are mainly powerful and effective questions that make the client take new perspectives which in turn provide new insights. Other instruments that are deemed suitable to accelerate the development process are also used. However, all tools are based entirely on the client's situation and wishes.
NLP
Methodology
Coaching with NLP methodology combines classic coaching with a range of different techniques and methods that have been developed when studying successful people in different fields. In order to see the whole client in context, the coach starts from the so-called Logical Levels. Changes can occur at different levels and NLP helps the client to make changes at the right level.
NLP is about finding the difference that makes the difference in the client's pursuit of a desired outcome. Or as one could also put it: the process is more focused on what qualitatively works for the individual than what is "true" according to quantitative research.
Agile
Methodology
Coaching with agile methodology is basically classic coaching, but with elements of educational elements where coach and client work together in cycles to optimize the client's development and goal achievement. In this approach, the client does a DISC analysis that is focused on the professional role. It is a tool for some of the insights and tasks that are created.
One difference between classic and agile coaching is that agile sometimes goes from pure coaching to being educational with consultative elements. This type of coaching is suitable for those who want to increase their behavioral flexibility and streamline their communication.
